FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We're in-network with several major plans and also offer self-pay rates. We'll confirm your specific coverage before your first visit.
Is telehealth as effective as an in-person visit?
For psychiatric evaluation and medication management, research consistently shows telehealth works as well as in-person care for most adults. You can switch formats at any time.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most new patients are seen within 5 to 10 business days. If you need help right now, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency department.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?
When it's clinically appropriate and permitted under state and federal rules, yes. Decisions follow a full evaluation, never a first-visit request.
What ages do you treat?
Adults 18 and older, including older adults and professionals working in high-pressure environments.
